Our two distinct sourdough loaves originate form a unique 300-year-old Ischia starter for a flavor depth you won't find anywhere else.

Organic Sourdough Bread

Ingredients: Starter, Bob's Red Mill stone ground organic whole wheat flour, Kirkland organic unbleached all-purpose flour, reverse osmosis filtered water, and Real Salt ancient fine sea salt.

Organic Rosemary Sourdough

Ingredients: Starter, Bob's Red Mill stone ground organic whole wheat flour, Kirkland organic unbleached all-purpose flour, reverse osmosis filtered water, and Real Salt ancient fine sea salt, Organic Rosemary.

Storage & Freshness

Best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Store in a cool, dry place or freeze to enjoy for up to 3 months.

Every loaf is baked the same day it's picked up.
